Thanksgiving is easily my favourite holiday and, even though I’ve spent the vast majority of my adult life outside of the US, it’s something that I’ve continued to celebrate in my years abroad. An entire holiday dedicated to cooking, eating and spending time with loved ones is something that I’ll always want to have in my life!
Because of all of the countries and kitchens I’ve made a Thanksgiving feast in, I’ve had to learn to adapt and make swaps where needed.
