This tartar sauce has a classic flavour without the use of pickles or relish. Ther perfect accompaniment to fish or potatoes, it's a breeze to throw together.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until well combined. Taste and add salt and pepper where needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
