Ingredients

220 g (1 cup) mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp fish sauce optional
1 small shallot finely minced
1 clove garlic grated or very finely minced
1 tbsp capers drained and chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir until well combined. Taste and add salt and pepper where needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Stir before serving, as some natural separation may occur.
