Miso Tahini Dressing
This creamy, funky and tangy dressing is excellent drizzled over an array of different salads and can easily be made on one bowl. It keeps for several days in the fridge - thin it out with water, if needed, to get the desired consistency.
Ingredients
- 60 g (¼ cup) tahini
- 2 tbsp white miso paste
- 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic grated
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- Add the tahini, miso paste, vinegar, garlic, mustard and honey to a medium mixing bowl. Season generously with pepper and whisk to combine.
- Pour in 2 tbsp of water and whisk to combine, adding more water until your desired consistency is reached.
